Account and Data Deletion

1. Delete in the app (instant)

1. Open Stylely and tap the profile icon at the bottom right.
2. Tap the Settings (gear) icon at the top right.
3. Tap Account Settings › Permanently Delete My Account.
4. Type DELETE in the box to confirm and tap Delete my account.

Your photo and video files are deleted first, then your account and data; you are signed out. If deletion can't be completed, your account is not deleted and you are asked to try again. This can't be undone.

2. Can't access the app? Request by email

Send an email with the subject “Account deletion request” to support@stylely.app and include your username.

• If you can, send it from the email address registered to your account so we can process it right away.
• If you can't write from that address (for example you used Apple's “Hide My Email”, signed in with X, or no longer have access to your email), write from any address and include your username. To prevent someone else from deleting your account, we'll send a confirmation email to the registered address or ask for other information showing you own the account.
• We complete your request within 30 days at the latest and let you know by email. Deletion works the same way as in the app (sections 3 and 4).

3. Data that is deleted

• Account details: your email address, sign-in credentials and Apple/Google/X sign-in link
• Profile: username, name, bio, website, interests, profile and cover photos, settings
• Your posts and all their photo and video files, product tags and people tags
• Your comments, likes, saved posts, follow relationships and blocks
• Messages you sent and your conversation memberships
• Your wishlist and price alerts
• Your notifications and notification tokens
• Your challenge entries and votes
• Your support tickets, verification requests and the reports you submitted
• Your viewing history, sponsored-post interactions and AI feature usage records
• All other data linked to your account

4. Data that is not deleted or kept for a while

• Messages others sent you remain in their accounts (messages you sent are deleted).
• Anonymous statistics: product link click counts and product prices recorded by price tracking remain, no longer linked to you.
• Reports others made about you (your former account ID and the reporter's description) are kept for up to 1 year to prevent abuse, then deleted automatically. Your profile and content are not kept in them.
• Technical backups: your data may remain in database backups for up to 7 days, then it is deleted.
• Crash reports are kept by the service provider for up to 90 days.
• Data already sent to service providers: messages and photos you sent to Stylely AI are processed by Google Gemini, and ad data by Google AdMob, under those providers' terms; we don't keep this data with your account.
• Cached copies: cached copies of deleted photos and videos on the content delivery network (CDN) or on devices may stay visible for a short time.

5. Deleting data without deleting your account

• You can delete your posts one by one; their photo and video files are deleted with them.
• You can delete your comments and unsend messages you sent; an unsent message's content is deleted for both sides.
• You can change your profile details in Settings › Edit Profile and remove items from your wishlist.
• To have other data deleted, write to support@stylely.app.
